I checked in early and then when i went in it said my name wasn’t on the system even though i had a text message. they said they couldn’t do anything about it. they were nice but i think that something should have been fixed with it.

I honestly can't believe my experience today. This has happened to me before here, but I let it slide in the past. I am not one to normally post reviews. If you don't check in online don't bother trying to get your haircut here. Great Clips policy on allowing check-ins online and giving them precedence over physically waiting customers, is ridiculous. My son and I arrived at 1:50PM for a haircut. We were told that there was a 100-minute wait for our haircuts when only 3 people were in the store waiting. The list on the computer screen was 40 people long. So, we got put on the list and decided to wait in my truck. My son and I go back in after one hour of waiting in the truck at your location. There is still only a few people waiting in the store for cuts when we walked back inside. My son and I waited for 40 additional minutes inside the store for our hair cuts. Meanwhile, people are pulling up in their cars and trucks and walking in and being helped before we are being helped, even though we were there physically waiting for a haircut. Each time someone would waltz in and give their name, they were put in front of us for a haircut even though they weren't there waiting before us. I am completely confused by this policy of giving potential customers preferential treatment over customers that are physically at your location ready to spend money. You have waiting customers at your store ready to spend their cash and you treat them like second class citizens. You literally are allowing people that are not even there to hold a place in line over customers that are physically there waiting and ready to receive a cut right now. I mean, I just can't believe how backwards this policy is to providing quality customer service. I went up to the lady after she checked someone else out and took our names off the list. After waiting 110 minutes at the location for our haircuts, we still were going to have to wait even longer. When I went up to cancel our cuts, we were numbers 10 & 11 on the list. We were told 100 minutes to get cuts, at 110 minutes we still had at least another 45 minutes to an hour to wait at the location, because people were being allowed to come in and go in front of us. Since, I don't agree with this online check in policy, I will no longer get my hair cut here and no one from my family will either. I can get treated poorly for free, I don't have to pay for it. You don't value my time and I don't value your ridiculous company policy of allowing potential customers to take precedence over customers that are actually at your location waiting and ready to pay. Best to just part ways and call it quits. I am leaving 5 stars because it is not the stylists fault that the company has adopted this ridiculous policy. The stylists here have always been pleasant to deal with. It should be 1 star to the company only though.

Rude and kicked us off the top of the wait list

I was first in line on the app and they kicked me off after 20 minutes without any warning. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and said we’d have to wait an hour.

$13 for wet cut. I imagine it's a few dollars more for shampoo and blow dry.

$13 plus tip. Depends on the stylist if it will be a good cut or not.
