If I could give zero stars I would . Horrible horrible experience. Disgruntled workers. Gives the entire usps system a bad name. Go somewhere else.

Unfortunately by the time I made my appointment I didn't read the reviews . At this office there was only one person at the front desk, I saw when he drove in the parking lot ( the only employee) and when I came in , He told me someone try to call me this morning, the appointment is cancelled,, because the person that help is not going to be in the office. frustrating experience. They should remove this service from the web page if they don't provide the assistance with passports anymore.

Terrible customer service, the guy name Taylor is extremely rude and deserves to be fired. Please stay away from this post office if you don’t want to experience rude staff members. They literally hate their jobs.

Very dissatisfied, all the woman working in this place are extremely rude and condescending as if they weren't getting paid to do the job, just awful..
