WHERE IS YOUR REFERRAL?! YOU WERE TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES TO BRING YOUR REFERRAL. This is how I was greeted showing up for an evaluation. After I was told I don’t need a referral by my primary care physician, then after calling to get the referral sent over, I was told I need to rescheduled since 15 minutes elapsed since the appointment time; although, when is a doctor ever on time? Unfriendly receptionist, dysfunctional referral department, not rescheduling and will go elsewhere.

I find the office staff professional and pleasant. Whenever I have called I have been treated respectfully and cordially. The medical assistants have all been very nice and done their jobs efficiently . I am very happy with the NP I use there. She is very kind and makes sure I’m getting all needed tests. She always reviews everything with me and takes the time to answer any questions. This has been a rough year with Covid for all. I think the office has done a great job of providing good medical care under very stressful circumstances. I am very grateful for all these front line people for staying and taking care of their patients. If the wait time through Covid was a little longer at times, certainly understandable.

I have been getting OM treatments here for a couple of years and I don’t know what I would do without them! I have seen several of the doctors and love them all! The ladies in the front are so nice and the best is I never wait more than 10 minutes to be seen! LOVE this place!
