First experience with Murphy was great, but I must have offended her. I called a month in advance and couldn’t get the date I wanted for my next appointment so took the date and time SHE offered. Showed up today and she had nothing on her schedule for me at all. “Everybody makes mistakes.” Nice apology! Great no response. I made the appointment ONE MONTH in advance. I guess it magically fell off the handwritten calendar. Murphy didn’t acknowledge the saved messages I showed her, just kept thrusting her calendar at me. Don’t worry, I won’t be back.

Katie is absolutely phenomenal!!! I am new to the area and was worried about finding a new stylist who could work with my hair and match my existing cut and highlights, etc. Fortunately I found Katie, and she is a true artist - With just one look at a sample photo of my ideas, she was able to go above and beyond my previous styles and highlights, and I was completely blown away by the results! She is patient, kind, and extremely detail-oriented. I’ve found my perfect stylist!!! Katie also styled it beautifully after the cut and color, and she always took the extra time to answer my questions along the way. Thank you Katie, for a beautiful hairstyle and great conversation… I’ll be back to see you for all my future hair appointments!
