My son has been in the school for almost a year. Everyday he say " Mom I like school" . The best words you ever want to hear . Do I see changes in him since he has been in school yes. He started to eat by him self and be more independent . Do I wish some changes would happen in school Yes . I think especial with the younger kids if you have more then 15 kids you should have 3 teachers minimum in class but the law says only 2. I think when you have a big class you are not as attentive enough as you can be and this school has some big classes. I recommend this school but I agree that this school needs more teachers in the small classes . I hope this helps you as a parent as it took me a long time to decide where I should leave my son .

I must say kinder kastle have been amazing with my 9 month old. He has been there for the past 2 months and My husband and I couldn’t be more happier. the front staff will always greet as we walk in and out which is great. The baby cubs(infant) class teachers are always welcoming and jolly which is a plus. I will not hesitate to enroll any of my future babies😁.

Went for just a tour around 3:30pm and was disappointed. The owner or director was at the front desk and seems too busy for a greeting or even a smile. The lady who gave me the tour made me feel like I was asking too many questions. They claim on their website that you can have photos/ videos of your child during the day but when I asked the lady how often they upload, her first reply was that it was at the end of the day ( which doesn’t make sense because I don’t want the pictures to make a memory or collage book but to know how my baby is doing at the moment) , but then when she saw my expression she corrected herself saying that the caregivers take as often as they can. When I asked if they have a minimun that they send per day, she couldn’t reply and when I asked if it happens to have days without pictures at all, she said yes because caregivers are busy ( duuuhhh but don’t say things on your website that insinuate that parents can see what they child are doing most of the time). The room for the infants that I visited seemed a little crowded with furnitures ( cribs, bookshelves,...). It’s true that infants don’t walk or go far but at the same time I feel like they should be larger walking areas in case of emergency for example. During my visit, one of the caregivers seemed very done with her day and at the extreme opposite of what can be considered happy. The second caregiver tried a little to interact with me, she tried to reassure me more than the person giving the tour. I brought my baby with me and at no point anyone even smiled at him or even tried to say hi. I don’t believe that they should care for my son right away while we just came for a tour but for a place that’s supposed to care for babies, they can try to have a little interaction with a potential newbie. There were 3-4 babies waiting in their high chairs . The “unhappy” caregiver was trying to take care of them. Don’t know if they ate before I got there or were waiting for their foods but they didn’t look joyful at all. Let’s say also that I am used to having a very happy baby ( even strangers at the mall tell me that) so maybe most infants are not happy🤷‍♀️. I have so much to say about what I didn’t like but ... They have all those technologies at the entrance like keypad buzzer with code for each parent to be able to access the building and fingerprint thing for parents to check in/out their kid. All of that, I just feel, is to impress parents and make it look like they are more than amazing. I will advise most parents to ask as many questions as possible, to go in the afternoon, and if possible discuss with other parents present to have their opinion. I was really looking forward to tour that place but they left a bad taste in my mouth right away. For the price, it is a no no for me. I would rather pay more if necessary and have people who will be happy to care for my child.

This daycare is the cleaniest place in the area. All the staff members are also very nice and helpful. I recommend this place 100%.
