I can’t even put into words how upset I am. I just got shoulder surgery and I am not able to wash my hair. My hair is down to my bottom and I have worked so hard for it to be this long for the past two or three years. since my surgery, I have been going through a lot obviously. I came into great clips because I wanted them to wash my hair for me since I am not able to do so given that I do not have any range of motion at all in my arm, I wanted to get 1 inch off my hair maybe one and a half. Nothing noticeable. the woman I can not remember her name , took about 4 inches off my hair when I asked for 1 inch off. I have worked so hard and for so long to get my hair to be this way and she literally cut it and chopped it off. I am so upset and have not Stop thinking about it for over a week. It’s literally giving me so much anxiety. My hair grows so slow and she actually ruined all of the work and time I’ve put into it and it’s not what I asked for at all. On top of a 6 month recovery for my surgery this has not be a happy add on.

Very efficient service. Staff was welcoming and appointment tines were scheduled and met. Clean facility with more than enough parking. As a senior for $15 haircut was most reasonable for the treatment received. Would recommend Rachel as she was most pleasant and accommodating.
