When I moved in a year ago there was a lovely bush in my fenced yard that bloomed pretty purple flowers and attracted hummingbirds and butterflies in the summer. Last week management decided to cut it down for literally NO REASON - I was given no explanation, so I'll assume it was simply cut to remove beauty and cause despair. Literally no other reason to cut it down instead of trim it. Now it looks like a mess and I'm moving because any management that would remove a beautiful bush is not run by nice people. The management staff here has crossed the line by giving out my personal information to a third party. When you rent an apartment, your rights as a tenant are covered under local, state and federal laws. While the apartment complex may have access to your personal information, they must protect your privacy. They allow the tow company to tow your cars even if it has a pass in the windows or not this has happened several times. I have had a guess to get jumped in the parking lot by strangers they beat my guess so bad her mouth was wired shut for 8 weeks. I went to the office to make a complaint and was told the camera didn’t work as I point to the lot on the monitor saying this is the lot right here. Oh we will review the tape and get back with you. Never heard back till this day. These folks the company clearly don’t care about there tenants they are towing cars out of my assigned parking spot with passes in the windows. I believe the managers are getting kick backs from the tow company. I see the tow trucks in the complex 247 snatching folks cars. This is so wrong on so many levels.
