The Kwanzaan cherry tree we ordered looks nice. We have ordered several types of plants from The Tree Center. The maple tree we received is not the one we ordered. The 2 azaleas have leaves with brown and yellow spots on them. Need to check this out. Prices are high.

Horrible customer service. Two orders, and both were disappointing. The first shipped a month late - no warning, no explanation, no offer to fix, couldn't get anyone on the phone, and long time to respond to email. The second was on order for TWO months and at the end of the week it was supposed to ship, they send an email to cancel. No call, cryptic explanation, and just out of the blue. Mind you, they had assured me two weeks before that shipping was on target for this week. Two different products - both out of stock? Horrible management. Avoid this company. Ridiculous.
