Easy peasy. Had all documents requested uploaded prior to appointment. Dr. came on at the exact time, even took the time to wait for this old man to figure out how to turn up speakers. Looked at medical records asked a couple of questions and it was over.

The "Office" was extremely difficult to find. NO signs were evident ! I felt that I could have found a 1970 back alley contact at midnight easier !!! Other than that, I guess it was OK ... not a fan of the high priced 15 minute VIDEO call with the Dr.
