Lloyd Park on Lloyd Ave, Downingtown nr Thorndale, is great. Stream they go in too, big field to play, lots of other dogs. You'll see kid playground, volleyball sand courts fenced in, walk past to dog fence.
Yes there is a public bathroom. Yes, there is a playground as well. And thank goodness they are seperate places.
I've been here as early as 9am and it's open! That's in summer/sept
I use to go there back in the 70's for camp and it was there then. Good memories.
