Stacy the server & Joe the cook are super amazing they really check on customers to make sure everything is perfect, the coffee was freshly made, food was hot and cooked perfectly and looked absolutely beautiful & delicious DEFINITELY WILL RETURN TO THE ST RD 64 even though we are less than 1/2 block from 41 store

I will never, ever step foot in this I hop or any other one for that matter. Over easy eggs hard af, grandaughters burger was charcoal, our toast was days old & hard, sausage burnt and much more. I have never had a restaurant make such a sorry excuse. That being that the cook was from a different location and their kitchen is set up differently ( lie) we waited almost 40 minutes for our food when they only had 5 tables to serve. And then others came in that were friends or family to the employees and they got served quickly and no problems with their food. To say their excuse was lame is an understatement.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. Our waitress was really awesome though. I heard the waitresses arguing with the hostess about being double seated. It was very alarming that I could hear their conversation. Their employee workstation should be in the back of house. How about being grateful you have two tables instead of complaining. 😃

So on Wednesday nights a large group of us normally go to IHOP after church, but lately the service has been 1 waitress and 1 Cook for the whole restaurant. Our waitress even walked out and quit one night. Well, the manager stepped in and made some changes and tonight was a Wow night. We had coffee, and our whole groups food in under 15 minutes. The whole group!! The food was hot, fresh, and perfect. WOW!! THE COOK WAS AMAZING!! Special shout out to an OUTSTANDING waitress named Turquoise. SHE IS WHO KEPT US AS PATRONS... BEST WAITRESS EVER!!! She even set the table special for us!!
