Waffle House

Staff was rude, which I've never experienced at a Waffle House before. To be fair, this was based on only 2 visits and the food was fast and delicious, So may be just the employees that day (or 2 days) but as I said this, in my experience for Waffle House, this was out of character so felt the need to comment here. On the other hand, I have met the District Manager, Riley, and he is a delight, but he is not directly involved with the day to day operation of this particular location and I'm not sure who the general manager is but this issue needs addressed by him based off of the experience of my last 2 visits.

Len Kotze

The waiter Dwayne was rude and slow. When another guest asked him for service because he'd already waited a while Dwayne told him to stop talking and leave as he wouldn't serve him. I waited long to get service and when Dwayne eventually helped me he was rude and short. No greeting. Charged me twice for double hash brown upgrade and told me to keep quiet and leave when I commented to the cashier about the double charge. In-between the bad service Dwayne who was the only waiter went outside numerous times to sit in a car outside with someone instead of keeping on track with his customers. Definitely would not support Waffle House again as this was not the first venue with bad service.

They are locked up and closed, please fix your hours on google, it's very easy and will make people a lot happier. Changing your hours to reflect that your closed will prevent people from wasting their time traveling to your location and provide would have them more likely to come when you are open! Now I will never come here again. I'll keep going to the one in south sarasota where the hours reflect the proper times you're open. For reference it's 11pm and my children are yelling at me because they were excited for Waffle House ;) how am I suppose to explain to my son that he cannot have a waffle? You owe me $3 for gas Waffle House and the original founding fathers of Waffle House would be beyond disappointed.

Tried Waffle House for the very first time and surprisingly kids loved what they ordered. So we will definitely be back. Waffle House sure has some great breakfast selections. I like it when there is a personnel posted at the door as a form of security, host and clean up personnel. Keeps everything clean and a safe place to eat.
