Metropolitan Bath and Tile remodeled both of my bathrooms and I couldn't be more pleased. The designer helped me choose tiles, cabinets, and fixtures. The project began early and took only 7 days to move me from 1972 to 2022. I never had to worry about who was coming into my house. With each phase I was called the day before and told who would be coming. I knew it was going to be a great experience when the first item off of the truck was the vacuum cleaner. My floors and furniture were protected and the work site was cleaned every day. I had the same team from start to finish. No random subcontractors were used. I highly recommend.

Our payment schedule is outlined on our contract’s cover page, and explained in detail in our additional contracts conditions page. The final payment is not due until the job is complete and the customer is thrilled with our efforts and the final outcome. In your case the requested third installment, is the third of four payments, not the final. Please forgive us for any unintended confusion about our payment schedule. We look forward to finalizing your project and exceeding your expectations.
