Response from Owner after placing this review is correct, I did not pay you a red cent as indicated the waterlines and gas lines to be moved first (we are in a pandemic). However you are being less than truthful as your design layout was created based on all Specific Appliances including the Sink and their Dimensions emailed to you BEFORE you did the design layout. Therefore, the other reviewer and I with regard to your measurements can't both be wrong and trying to charge me over $6000 for 10 discontinued cabinets is outrageous. Thanks. Josh M. Measured wrong! No place for dishwasher unless I add a second sink on the other side of the kitchen along with paying for all the plumbing that would need to be done for a new sink and area. When this was brought to his attention, Josh suggested I could put the dishwasher next to my range! Really!!! First why would I want a dishwasher next to my range and it be 5-6 ft away from any sink....No empathy and to top it off; Josh would not give me the measurements and item codes to the other cabinets so that I could look for now cheaper cabinets to offset the fact I will have to have a second sink (yes, 2nd sink on the far opposite side of the kitchen - which amounts to another new sink, disposal, lines, drains, etc. labor ($1200-1500) to just have a dishwasher in a somewhat logical place.. Not to mention, I don't need a second sink!!! Luckily for me, unlike the other reviewer, I had not purchased the cabinets that I about to be charged a ridiculous amount in comparison to their actual cost. Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with a business making a profit but you don't have to be greedy and wrong at the same time.I don't write reviews like this but the nonchalant disposition regarding his measuring and layout error and the ridiculous suggestion of putting the dishwasher next to the range which is approx. 6ft away from any sink was insulting and condescending.

I was looking to do a major kitchen remodel and although I found very good prices outside of my local area- since this was my first cabinet purchase, I wanted to go with someone local. Josh said he could match the price, and although I was about an hour away he was willing to come down and do measurements. Josh had some really good ideas on design, and although he never provided me a detailed invoice, his price was similar to my other quotes, so I went with him. I was only buying cabinets from Josh, no installation. I had my install guy come out to review the measurements and to my surprise there were major issues with Josh's layout and errors in measurements. Josh over facetime reviewed the measurements and made adjustments. It felt like to me I was getting less cabinets this time, but I couldn't tell because even though I asked, I never received detailed listings with each cabinet. Just a lump sum amount. Josh just said this change is costing him money, even though he original measurements made my kitchen bigger then it really was. One thing, there is a $500 dollar delivery fee, and even though you pay 500, they will not unload the truck. They didn't even know how to operate the hydraulic ramp. Once I unloaded the cabinets, I noticed one he said he had in stock, that he added to the order to fix the original mistake, was actually a pretty beat up cabinet that had clearly been installed and then returned. Unbelievably, there were still mistakes in the measurements after the corrections. Josh initially said he would make things right, and then after exchanging a more expensive glass cabinet for a wood cabinet we were almost whole. There was a discrepancy in little things like toe kits, molding, and panel boards- that for some reason Josh considered my wish list, and all of a sudden produced an itemized invoice, and wanted me to pay. Even with all the mistakes and issues, not to mention the earlier reluctance to get an itemized invoice, I now had one. After some initial back and forth, I decided to just pay for additional pieces, and almost predictably- Even though I paid for these additional items, I wasn't sent all the items and some of them were a different color. My last message from Josh was that he was working on it, about a month ago. I couldn't wait any longer. I was able to buy the pieces locally so my guy can finish the job. All in all, I had high expectations,. I do not like writing negative reviews, but I do feel this could have been a much better experience.

Josh helped me with a rental property. He was very thorough, patient, and did a great job of explaining all of the products. When it came to purchasing, I ended up changing my mind several times. He was very flexible and helpful throughout the process. He really worked to get me what I needed as fast as he could. I had an amazing experience overall.
