LOOK NO FURTHER !!! I had a second floor toilet tank leak that I was unaware of and had been manifesting for months. The water had traveled through the floor, wall and lower level ceiling. I am immune compromised and have mold toxicity so this was very serious for me. I contacted several remediation companies and had a few come out to give a consult. It was a no brainer to hire Chris and his team. The other companies could not compare to Restoration 1. Unfortunately, I would not trust my health to any of them. Chris and team were prompt, professional, thorough and the customer service was 6 stars !! Chris is a genuine person who cares about his customers and their needs. He is not just looking to make a sale. It is overwhelming and confusing looking for a remediation company but I hope this review makes things easier for whomever reads it. I am not an easy sale and I have very high expectations especially when it comes to my health. Chris and his team are the best !!!
