Worked here as a local delivery driver for 6 months. Clopay has some of the nicer doors around and a domestic manufacturing and distribution network to support their products and customers. The industry like many others recently has been affected by recent labor market and supply issues.

11 weeks for a clopay door is b s Ordered through HD which I do not fault but door ordered with a high lift track. Some dipshyt from clopay decided on their own to cancel the high lift track and instead shipped door with standard track. Was td it will ne 3 weeks to correct the track which was 2 weeks ago. So now its 5 pweeks and am now being td it will be after the first of next month. Never again, if they cant get it right then moving forward all my door orders will be overhead or Wayne dalton. I have a customer very upset with me for something that clopay messed up. I'd recommend people take their door business elsewhere. So I give clopay 0 stars rating
