There aren't enough superlatives to describe our experience at MSI, with Will, specifically!! We were having a lot of trouble deciding on the granite color and Will moved mountains to show us many different colors and slabs. He even had slabs pulled from the back for us to compare to another group! Will was incredibly warm, friendly, patient, attentive, and extremely helpful. We love our selection thanks to Will! He went way beyond the call of duty to ensure we were happy and did everything he possibly could to offer his expert opinion and help us decide. We are so grateful for his help. He truly cares and wanted us to love our counters. Exceptional customer service!!!
