I have lived here for 22yrs and the last 5 have not been the same. Lot of illegal,migrates moving in and out in the middle of the night ,parties on Saturdays last till 11 12 at night with loud music. Brown or yellow water all the time. Vehicles with good tags being towed from over flow parking lot with no notice of why. Employees are good but owner does not care about anything other then his money his father would be ashamed he was such a nice man. Rent goes up $30 every 2yrs??? Do yourself a favor and pay the $100 more for rent and go to Severn Mobile public water and sewage and a much nicer park. A lot of trash moving in here. June 11,2022 Again as always have to go to laundry mat water is brown and can not do my wash. I get cleaner water at a camp ground. No body cares they just hand you a bottle of some kind of chemical and say put this in with your wash????? It is not iron in the water I grew up on a well and trust me iron does not turn your water brown. Rust will I will be calling the health department and getting this water tested. Scared to even take a shower in this stuff. Do not drink it for sure have to buy water. Rent is way to high for dirty water. You give out letters and tell us to clean our house and yard but you can not even provide clean potable water per our contract.

I am not sure about that. Most manufactured homes, are 2 bedroom and up. You would have to call the the Holiday Mobile estates rental office, but you have to buy your home, there is no rentals of these homes.

You can buy a mobile home in this park if a owner is selling one or the owner of the park is selling one. Check with the office that is the first step to inquire about any homes here. They can answer all your questions, start there.
Lot rent is set by park management and usually increases every other year.
I am paying $725 for lot rent and it continues to go up every two years. $650 is the minimum you start out with if you’re lucky.
No Rv's here only Mobile homes, you Buy the home and rent the lot. The Mobile homes are the only homes here. You can't live in a RV here and pay rent, this Mobile home park is nice, buy a home here save your RV for camping away. Their is ONLY Mobile homes to live in but you own it.
If you want to see if they have any mobile homes for sale you can go on Google type in Holiday Mobile Estates and you will see MHVillage in Jessup click on that and the information will be there. Then scroll down and you can see the homes for sale, their are even pictures you can see what the home looks like inside and out. Also gives you how many bathrooms or bedrooms. Tells you how much the home is and the year.

Lot rent is $645.00 a month, and depending on a single wide home or double wide home for bedrooms.
