My parent was a patient for 10 + years. Doctor Zhang has been lazy and doesn’t take patients seriously. He gives patients a 1 day notice to pay off their co-pay or refuses to see them. Don’t expect proper treatment plans or follow ups under his care. AVOID THIS DOCTOR. God Bless.
