You can call Family court. I know the Divorce Packet cost 5$ Then to file uncontested is 175$ if you want property division n have him pay your court cost it can go all the way to 355$ ...if you don't have a address for him to be served at you have option of paying to have the notice published in the local newspaper. I was informed my court date is now a zoom per Ms. Donna Harris but I have no info as far as logging in. I've been calling and I'm assuming the courts were closed because of the holiday.

As for as I am aware the court is still open. The doors have been open since 8:30 am according to the website. What is best to do is call/check the courthouse and ask security or those in admin.

That's a process. Are the parent's parental rights terminated? You should come to family court and speak with the very knowledgeable young ladies in the resource center. They can answer all of your questions.
