I have a serious problem they never pick up for me always busy since last year of 2020 in Aug I put in a kindergarten waiver and mailed it to push my son back a year from school due to my son's autism and lack of services open to get my son help ad due to the fact everything has been shut down due to covid. I mailed it out twice and never got a response if they approved it or not and and and now it's 2021 my son's voucher for daycare isnt helping as much because they think he's in school and hd isn't i can't get any more help from vouchers until they see the waiver signed in struggling here...no one picks up the phone to answer my questions

This is not about anything else but about the way the school district is managing the school transportation. Totally clueless, incompetent, lazy and arrogant school district employees that have a job because we pay income tax in MD so they can sit and do nothing while parents have to choose between going to work or drive back and forth their kids to school. Moving to this school district was a very poor choice.
