The said units were completely remodeled but our building got old windows and they are disgusting. And trying to get in touch with office is near impossible at times.

Called and asked a simple question and to get some information on the property. The lady that answered was very rude and tried to get off the phone immediately. I think of myself as a polite person and when you have a property manager that acts the way she did, Is very concerning. Hopefully this gets to the right person to at least have a conversation maybe we shouldn’t talk to potential future tenants in a demeanor that makes me never want to call back again. I never review companies but this one got under my skin.

The majority of the carts and trash in the pond was put there by unsupervised teens and children living at the property.Maintenance cannot control irresponsible parents and disrespectful adolescents.

My fridge is making an awful and worrisome sound. I press zero as prompted on the main phone number and the after hours maintanance number is disconnected!! Does anyone have a number for help?

Good luck on getting someone out to help.... The office staff and the maintenance staff are horrible about trying to get things done here... We have a peep and tom and they say there's nothing they can do about it.. The pool hasn't been opened but once in the last few weeks and the outside people's apts is disgusting and draws rats... Good Luck!!!!
