Sawgrass has been a wonderful experience. The facilities are clean, well kept and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Christina and Victoria are a joy to work with, and they are responsive to any issues. The maintenance crew is A+ and deserve props for their fast and effective response to any issues…. I would highly recommend the neighborhood, and all the staff if you are considering a move.

Lived here for a year and would have stayed longer if life hadn't taken me to a different city! The office staff is what sold me on this complex, they are always so kind and helpful and actually remember your name/ important things about you. I've lived in 4 different apartments now and the staff at sawgrass creek is by far the kindest Ive met! (ask for Christina she's incredible). Aside from the staff the complex itself is nice and if you are looking for a place that doesn't have a bunch of weird and annoying fees then this place is perfect. Location is awesome if you are a foody or have a shopping addiction since its right across the street from Mitchell Ranch Plaza. For the price/area this place is a hidden gem, highly recommend!

The leasing office is always willing to help and work with you . They have great customer service and when ever I need something they are there help. The gym and pool is always clean. Great staff all around..

Very pleased with the apartment an the grounds. The front office staff Victoria and Christina and maintenance staff Jose and Joe have been very responsive In fixing any problems that we have had in a timely manner. I would suggest a better dog park and that is my only issue with the grounds. I would recommend Grass laid down as there is a lot of dirt an weeds. A bigger if possible Dog Park for them to run. The pool and the fitness room are very nice. Everyone who works here is very polite that is employed here. I would recommend them 100%. If your looking for a nice apartment I recommend this place.
