I wish I could give this place zero stars. I lived at this place for 2 years. The only pro is that they allow pitbulls and rottweilers which is the only reason I stayed for so long. Also safe neighborhood. I felt personally discriminated against by the office lady. Julia is very nice and I never had an issue with her. The lady with short hair in the office is rude and feels that she is better than everyone. It is almost like she gets off on a power trip by being in control. She complains about everything. I can't have my valet trash can out past 9 a.m. but yet the abusive man next store that is not even on the lease can scream at his gf and kids everyday and the cops are called on him multiple times a day but nothing can be done about him (according to office staff) but sure yell at me for my trash can. I truly think this is because I am a young female and not a man. At the pool, she will flirt with the men and joke about how they can secretly bring alcohol to the pool (against the rules) but again I get yelled at for everything since I'm a female. Now let's talk about the maintenance staff. The English speaking one is very nice and respectful and knowledgable. The one that cannot speak English knows nothing and stares at me everytime I walk outside (not discreet at all like breaks his neck and smiles creepy) when fixing things, will say things like "nice" and "damn" if I do anything like bend over when i show how my outlets dont work (so uncomfortable). This place is not nice enough or professional enough for the stuck up office lady to act the way she does! RUDE. You can hear when someone flushes the toliet or takes a shower in the unit above you. The washer and dryers are constantly broken. Let's not get started on the BUG problem. (Gnats that everyone knows about because the issue is in every single unit according to all neighbors) they do not care. As long as they are making money off u, they dont care. LASTLY, I paid a security deposit of like 850 to move in and 300 dollar pet fee. I got an email stating I owe 450 in damages one being a carpet removal THAT THEY DO ANYWAY!!!! isn't that why I paid a security deposit!!! Run from this place. Rude. Unprofessional. And money hungry. THEY ALSO RAISE THE RENT AROUND 150 EVERY TIME U RE-SIGN. They also NEVER answer the phone in the office. It is impossible to talk to anyone. Good luck.

Where do I start. The apartment had been lived in by a smoker previously and anytime you open cabinets you got a nice aroma coming out. AC broke in July and took management 3 weeks of tinkering with it before replacing it meanwhile the apartment was 80 degrees everyday. The property manager spends more time sending out nasty grams than actual maintaining a peaceful living environment. Neighbors were always screaming at each other and when brought up to management they said maybe I should move. The rent listed online is about $150 short of the actual rent after you pay for mandatory services like cable and garbage valet who wont take your trash if its a big bag or more than one. The water bill is monthly with high delivery fees, I paid $50 for 1 person and was only home 3-4 days a week with no washer in unit so I can only imagine if I had one. Just be warned this place is not the people you want to be renting from. Also they will automatically increase your rent $120 a month every lease for no reason other than just greed.

Nice place to live. Location is close to alot of convenient places. Management is extremely caring and helpful all around not sure why the bad reviews, can't make everyone happy I guess but any issues ive had they helped immediately. Apartment was impressively clean upon move in. Laundry room is clean and spacious. They also have washer/dryer hook ups in certain units. Neighbors seem well mannered and friendly I've yet to see an argument, fight or domestic dispute. Would definitely recommend to a friend bravo Ashley Place thank you for making me feel at home and comfortable.
