My Name is Angela Simpson, l have lived here at Carlton Arms for 9years it's been a joy l wanted to share my experience as to why it has been a joy. When it comes to anything that need's to be repaired Lucas, and Rodney, are right there l really want to say thank you Lucas, he is amazing at his job he is kind his work is spot on! It's very clear he knows his stuff. And explain what he is doing l hope and pray That Lucas knows just how much l appreciate him thank you for all that you do here at Carlton Arms. Rodney l say the same his work is spot on, he also is amazing. at this job l wanted Rodney to know how much he is appreciated and thank you for all that you, and for making it a joy to be hear. The maintenance crew they really work hard and lm not sure if they get a thank you. We always complain but we never take the time to say thank you. Lucas, Rodney, your the best!

Have lived here for over 2 years now, also my daughter & boyfriend live in the complex, for 3 years now. The staff is extremely friendly and the maintenance team is on point!! And the security guards at the gate are always very friendly. The grounds & appearance are kept up. Great place to live!!

I recently visited Carlton arms! I love it. It's nice quiet Serene. I am hoping to become a future tenet there. I appreciate value. I believe that God willing I will be there. I will claim it. It will be it. Thank you for the tour of the apartments. I hope to see you soon.

I appreciate the security of having a guarded entrance. Most of the staff is friendly. I think the apartments are well constructed because I hardly ever hear my neighbors through the walls. That said, frequent water leaks have happened and it's been explained to me why. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is non essential maintenance issues are not dealt with promptly. There have been times when several calls regarding the same issue were not responded to.
