I've never had duct cleaning performed by Stanley Steemer. However, a townhouse duct cleaning for the entire system cost me around $900. The company I used was Quality Cleaning. Needless to say, I don't use that company anymore as I feel as though I was ripped off since the first time I used them I was only charged $300. Sometimes the cleaning company will run specials or circulate coupons. And, from my experience with the company I used, your first return vent is included with the cleaning but then you're charged for each additional return vent that needs to be cleaned.
