This gym is ok….. for the money you pay here for a membership the womens section could be way better it’s like they only care about the front half of the gym also the staff is ok not very friendly and they don’t like to answer questions regarding your account… also you can’t cancel at anytime you have to Literally go to the bank and switch cards and I think that is ridiculous should be able to cancel if you want too

Hi Judy! Sorry for the Delayed response. The day you were referring to was the first truly cold day we had had and unfortunately the heat was not kicked on during the first two classes of the morning, however as soon as we were notified we corrected it and have not had an issue since. Regarding the cleanliness of the room, the rooms are cleaned daily without fail, the amount of classes both before and after being cleaned each day will leave signs of usage during your class times. However the rooms are thoroughly cleaned each day.. Thank you for your questions and concern, we appreciate you reaching out.
