I went to purchase a king size bed frame and head board and foot board other day and I talked with a guy who is a employee in furniture dept. I told him that I'm new to area and i had no furniture for my home and money was low to purchase furniture cause of losing my parents to cancer. Could he Mr. Looren help me with a deal for bed and some other furniture I was looking at as well. Mr. Looren said yes he could help us. I called him today and left messages for him to return my call. Mr. Loosen did not call me back. His boss called me back an not Mr. Loosen. Why??? Because Mr Looren quoted me 50quoted me $50.00 for cost of bed an not 200.00 as bed was priced. R. Loosen then had another customer to help so I waited for him to return. Upon him returning my wife went to purchase a cup and a purse she wanted so then my wife returned to me at furniture dept where I was waiting for Mr. Looren to return. So then my wife returned to me and excited to buy purse etc.and upon Mr Looren returning he seen my wife putting her purchase in our back pack to get ready to leave store and our receipt as well mr. Looren accused us of stealing items and clearly we had our receipt. So we showed him receipt and he said sorry. Since then he will not tell his boss he quoted us $50.00 for bed we wanted and Mr. Looren would not tell his boss what he quoted us and his boss proceeded to tell me bed was $100.00 instead and i told him I didn't have that money and Mr. Looren told me it was 50.00 but I was ignored about what was said. I never talked to boss ever until today on phone. This is bad buisness and accused of stealing an they don't honor what they say at teen challenge. Yet it's a Christian store. Hmmmm. I'm not happy and yet I still have no furniture for my home. Bad buisness. I'm really hurt and upset. What would u do if we're you.
