Seaford City Office

It's typically in the spring, but the actual date for locations around Seaford starts showing up on your electric bill a couple months prior to the pickup.

I am not sure...but if it happened to me; I'd start with City of Seaford Public Works. City Hall personnel has always been courteous and helpful when I've had questions. Some roads, although within the city limits, are not maintained by the city, but rather DelDot. It wouldn't hurt to contact them, too. Good luck!
