My daughter had an appointment today. Her appointment was messed up because of our insurance. Christy was extremely helpful and patient with resolving the issue. The reason for the 2 rating is because while I was waiting for my daughters procedure, the "Greeter" was complaining to Karen about her job. This is extremely unprofessional. A little while later Karen was sleeping at her desk #4. I was the only person in the waiting room so I guess she was bored.

I've never created an account with them. I call, get an appointment, and they set everything up.
Call them. They'll probably be able to give you a wait time. I went right from doctor to Adv. Radio. on Plumtree. I think wait time was less than half an hour.
