The chicken parm sub was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Dry, burnt, flat poor quality chicken (i'm sure frozen and off the Sysco truck last week). The lady in front of me left after they informed her the prices had changed but were not reflected on menu for her carry-out. She left empty handed and gladly so. This place competes with Acapella for the worst Italian in Harford County imo. No idea how these places scores so high. Gordon Ramsey please stop by!

Great food. Incompetent service. The past 3 times I've ordered and asked for parmesan cheese. The first time I had to go back in and request AGAIN. 2nd time carryout I asked , left - and no parmesan. Ordered delivery tonight :Requested AGAIN. Guess what .. No parm. Get your people together and stop the bs. And maybe you won't lose a customer
