I gave it a 2 because the lobby had 3 chairs that were marked for no "sitting for more then 15 minutes, sitting only for taking a break or if your waiting for a ride providing it doesn't take longer than 15 minutes."

The apartments are nice. Like any other place, you go you will run into other place. Some rules aren’t kept and heads look the other way. And then you always have the Clans, busybody’s that have to GOSSIP! Best practice is to stay busy and try not to get sucked into that. Long term people have recently been moving out due to a Big Issue on almost every Fall. But it’s legal, now I think.
