Bad experience palette was horrible bad attitude tryed to still my money charged me $450 too do my taxes an never gave then to me wrong ones I asked for my money back she gets made at me for not being a professional taxe person do not go there I reported her to cooperate office she owes me $50 dollars for nothing she did but waisted my time...period -100 rating

1st year doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt, at the Park Blvd location in Oakland, CA. Charles was my tax preparer, and was the best. Very professional and informative, I think I found my tax office. Office was very bright, clean and organized, and from the time I walked in until the time I walked out, Charles made me feel at home. I would recommend his office to ALL of my friends!
