We visited this DD and it was not up to my standard. The young lady did not exhibit stellar customer service when taking our order. She kept repeating “umkay” in between the order as if she was bored or something. She did not communicate clearly that they were out of glazed minis, I asked for a lemonade with no ice and still received ice and when I was transferring money, I guess I was taking to king so she just walked off instead of communicating, one moment or i’ll be right back… My nephew says the donuts weren’t fresh and the carmel coffee he got was not great.

I don't know why but I always come here thinking service will be different but it's always the same. Your order can be made in 4 different ways depending on who's working. Sometimes they are closed without no notice to the customers. Drive through takes soooo long to make an order. They either forget to give you something you ordered or make a order wrong 💀 coming here is like ordering a mystery box, you'll never know what you'll get. I'm still gonna go because it's the closes to where I live tho lol

Went to the drive through early morning. Messed up my order, over charged my card, refunded it, but took several minutes just to get a couple donuts. They seemed very disorganized.

Shift change was far more important then any type of customer service. After finally getting our food the croissant was burnt, there were 4 smooshed hash browns and the latte was basically just milk. Such a bummer
