Went to ask a question about a letter received from IRS office stating payment received but they weren’t sure what it was for… I had sent forms with the payment and apparently they must’ve lost the forms… I did other years payment and forms same way and they are received properly… I have pictures of every forms & payment made.. So went to the office to get some sort of clarification and of course they don’t want to hear it… make appointment, they said only tax paying people they are willing to give time to, and I had tried for the appointment but got no answer or any kind of response.. you only get run around if you call kept hearing call back or try again every time I called… they used to take payment at the office but guard hand me piece of paper with address which I already had.. they’re not willing to accept a payment which was ready with payment coupon.. unwillingness to help tax payers with simple questions is very frustrating.. THIS IS OUR TAX MONEY AT WORK… PAYING THEIR SALARY WHO DOESN’T WANT TO WORK!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH IRS’S EMPLOYEES… GOOD LUCK GETTING THE APPOINTMENT…!!!!!!

I have a refund due for my 2021 return. I mailed my return 02/26/2022 and still have not received it. I have been trying to reach the IRS for two months and all I get is a circular message. Cant reach anyone nor make an appointment.

If you don’t have an appointment the unhealthy security “Cop” wannabe assifer, doesn’t allow you in. I been calling since 04/11/22 when I received the letter that they need more information today 04/22/22 I decided to pay them a visit and with no one inside the office what so ever he still wouldn’t allow me to go inside and seek service!!! If i could i will give them no start FTG!!!

I tried to make an appointment but once they told me all the documents I had to bring with me I couldn't hold my appointment bc I didn't have them all. There is no other avenue for me to get my 2020 return and there is 0 help from the IRS whatsoever. Now as I'm filing this year there is an issue. They won't accept it bc the last year's wasn't processed. I feel like screaming. The government quick to take it out of my paycheck with just a number and my ID but to get MY MONEY BACK I gotta bring the whole Smithsonian Institute🤦‍♀️ This is ridiculous and feels unconstitutional. Step up the game and quit blaming COVID!!!!
