I rarely go inside unless I have a question I usually just drop my check in the letter box at the back but last time I went in to ask a question it was dealt with promptly

I moved here last fall and, for the most part, have been happy. I got a great price and some of my neighbors are kind and welcoming. However, some neighbors are genuinely mean. While there is "No assigned parking" (per the Rules and Regulations), some neighbors think they can bully newcomers re: parking. I've been threatened with being towed by a neighbor who thinks no one should be allowed to park in any of the 4 spaces in front of their house. And the HOA office has refused to assist me. The office referred me to the Sheriff's Office. Pretty extreme, huh? I'm staying. I like it here. But if the HOA won't step up, I certainly don't feel good about paying my monthly fee.

Shelby Bryant | Oct 28, 2021
Stephen Bloczynski | Oct 28, 2021

No not necessarily...you can't technically rent in the heights...only members can live in house, so person you want to rent to would need to become a member

Who are the lenders for this community?

Sandy Orbits | Oct 28, 2021

National cooperative Bank (NCB) and PNC I believe are the only 2 lenders. You have to get what's called a share loan. I know ncb will require 20% down payment as they don't do pmi.
