Just came in the morning today to make a refund and pick up for my online order and some lady that worked there was rude to me by having a disrespectful tone with me.. She opened the doors for others to go in and kept telling me that they are not open when it’s already almost 9am. They never answer the phone or give any calls back. I am never selling my books to them because they give small unreasonable prices when students pay $60-$180 text books.

Tamara was so rude like from the moment i walk in there and spoke, Tamara just sounded miserable like she didn’t want to be there which I get but don’t take it out on me when i’m genuinely asking for help. I was the only one in line and I asked if she can help me with my online order and she said “Well you need to fall in line bc there are hundreds of orders in front of you”. Like girl… don’t ever speak to me or any customer like that. I try to tell a manager about how she spoke to me but their excuse is they’re short staffed… like ma’am I understand but your employees still need to be decent human beings.
