Not only is the food great - the staff was spectacular too! Even the chef came out to say hello to us and to ask how the dinner was. Total culinary experience if I might say! It helps that La Terrazza is not a huge place. It makes way for a more intimate setting. The noise is greatly reduced too. Have I discussed about the food? That salmon was to die for!

This was a hard experience. It started so great... The food was really good. Not the best Italian I've ever had but pretty tasty for sure until I found a piece of plastic in my ravioli. Not a deal breaker for me but the way they handled it was super irritating. We called the waitress over to tell her and show her the plastic and she pretty much was like... "Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sure it's just the plastic from them making the ravioli" like... Oh I'm sorry but it's not a big deal kinda thing. She offered to remove the rest of my dish and I agreed and she did not offer to bring anything else and just walked away. The other waiter came and pretty much said sorry that happened but "no big deal it's just the plastic they use to make the ravioli" again.... He asked if we wanted any desert (never clarifying if he was offering to comp a desert or for us to purchase more food). After quite some time I was wondering if they were going to bring the check. The woman came back and again asked if we wanted to get desert, we declined again. She eventually brought the full check out and told us to have a good night. So we paid 50 bucks for a meal that I found plastic in and they basically acted like it's no big deal. I'm not one to expect things for free but I feel that this was handled really poorly. Even just a clear offer to send us home with a free desert or comp half the dishor bring a couple more ravioli for me to finish up or something would have just made me feel a lot better about having plastic in my food. It definitely impacted the experience for both me and my partner and we felt really wierd about it. We have definitely had experiences where things were not right or something was just off at restaurants before and the manager or someone does a much better job of attempting to "resurrect" the situation.definitely was not the case here. It was a shame but... What can you do? Just sharing my experience. I wanted to give less stars because I really felt off put but the food was good and I'm sure that's not a common occurrence so I wanted to try to be "fair" but honest at the same time

Fantastic place to eat in ybor. Gets crowded especially on Friday nights so you may want to call in and make a reservation. The service is top notch as is the food.

This is a little gem in Ybor City. The food is delicious, fresh and authentic. The staff is friendly and gracious. Best restaurant I have been to in a very long time.
