It is extremely frustrating that we are NOT able to enjoy the pool area whenever it’s a holiday. But today this was REALLY bad and I am very upset. Pool area has at least 20 or more people playing load music people smoking and drinking alcohol beverages INSIDE the pool. We pay a lot of money to live here and we have no privacy. The gate is usually broken which allows anyone to come in. Saturday night we got home around 11pm and we had a man in our parking area asking us for a lighter. And the man couldn’t barely talk of how drunk he was and he didn’t live here. Very intimidating. Glad I was with my husband because if I would’ve been alone don’t know if something bad would have happened to me. Now it’s 9pm terrible lighting storm and people are still at the pool. Dancing on top of the pool table. And playing explicit music.

WE LOVE SOLÉ!!! The property manager Concetta Bradley and the leasing consultant Medy Morris went above and beyond to ensure we were able to move into a beautiful and clean apartment quickly. Fresh paint and a cleaning team were sent before we moved in so it looked fantastic! They were so sweet to follow up after we moved in and made sure we were happy and comfortable, which we are!! The amenities are always clean and taken care of regularly. We went to the pool today and loved seeing the crystal clear water, amount of available seating, shade, and grills. There is nowhere else we rather call home. ❤️

Edit, after almost 7 months of living here I must say that when it comes to the amenities I have been unable to use the majority of things around the complex, the TV by the pool does not work, the grills don't work, the virtual sports has worked for maybe one full month since I've been here and I still haven't been able to try it, and the TV in the yoga room does not work or connect to the phone/iPad on the wall as well, the front "security" gates have both worked for about 50% of the time I've been here. There is no urgency to fix the issues, excuses are constantly given, and I go to the office a lot to inquire about things but have given up at this point. Lovely place to live, I haven't had issues with bugs, and my apartment is luxurious and the ladies at the front are extremely kind, professional, responsive. (Thank you Bruna for all your help!) However, whoever is in charge of putting the $$$ to get things fixed around the building obviously prefers to keep all our rent money for other things (because I'm sure a portion of my $2400 rent is suppose to be for all these amenities that have never worked).

I have lived here for almost a year and a half and I love it here. The staff go over and above to take care of any issues and I have only had minor ones. A lot of people are complaining about roaches and noise but I don’t have any problems …Thank you so much for your recommendation, Helen.
