Went through and had some new tires placed on my wife's vehicle and a full brake inspection a few days ago on 02/03/2022. Well yesterday on 02/09/2022 we found out on the highway that they didn't fully tighten the rear driver bolts for the caliper housing. Unfortunately I do not have the technicians name otherwise I would be informing people about that. Though I'm sure it was just a little hiccup, but considering the entire caliper came off and the lodged itself to the heat shield I would say we had it fairly easy. For reference the vehicle in question is a 2012 Mazda 3. I would definitely rate this as a zero star experience if I could.
