A gem but a bit hard to find. Amazing service, very friendly guy who gave great advice, quick turnaround (2 days) at decent prices (you can and should negotiate a bit). Instructions to reach it. Enter 37 West 47, walk straight down to the stairs (you will see Vijay's 116), turn left, go up and turn left and go ahead and you should find it. My silver cup with a lot of detailing that had tarnished was spotless and shiney after they were done while the details remained intact. They do gold, rhodium and silver plating and polishing for all of them as well. They also sell diamonds by appointment.

These guys are the best of the best, both in craftsmanship and in customer service! The tingsha bells I gave them to plate not only ended up looking beautiful, but the still sounded amazing. They took the time plate them in stages and confirm their sound would not be harmed. I am very grateful to them!

Vijay's NYC are very competent and meticulous. Service at home ---- pl talk to them .
If there's anybody in town who can do that it's Vijay. Doesn't hurt to ask. I do know he does first-rate silver and nickel plating because he did it for me.
What does it cost to replate items like a necklace and bracelet? They had a gold-tone finish but it wore off.
