03/01/2018 (1:00 pm) I easily picked up my son's passport wothout receipt. The Burmese man at the counter treated me nicely. He even did not accept any gift from a couple ahead of me.

They have hired Filipinos at front counter. I have no issue with equal opportunity workers or whatever the reason they did this. But the girl with short hair is rude, she talks in (Filipino/Tagalog?) to her co worker mockingly. Used to have Myanmar people, they were reasonable and nicer. I thought it was Myanmar Embassy but what do I know! PS: they really need to update their forms and questions are very outdated .. Example for social visa, its like 15 page essay asking for even dead relatives names whom no one knows! So even if you're born in America, if one of you're parents is born there you have to answer these ridiculous questions! It's 2019.
