While the food, atmosphere, facility and the performers are above and beyond - the same cannot be said for my waitress. I came to Cafe Ibiza TWICE on my vacation once for breakfast and once for dinner. Breakfast was yummy as the French toast, however I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR FRUIT I DID NOT WANT. The menu price listed mentioned (with fruit) and upon looking at my receipt later I saw I was charged for the fruit, it was nasty fruit btw. Waitress was a bit nice The dinner is where the different waitress fell far below any expectations. My dinner food was delicious, ordered the Mediterranean skewers with pita bread with fried shrimp apptz. While the food was food she only stopped by every thirsty minutes or so it was ridiculous. My food took almost a full hour to come out, so maddening as it began to rain and had to swap tables. After which I was ready to pay I saw her standing near the entrance for roughly 10 minutes as I was waiting for my bill. The food is really good but the waitress staff need a lesson on basics. Please come and watch the entertainment as they went above and beyond and made this trip better, had there been no entertainment- I would’ve given only two stars for the deplorable waitresses I had.

Went here for dinner with three older kids, and it turned out great! Nice live music and a little bit of a club atmosphere. The food was very good, with a variety of options. I took a chance and got the lamb osso buco which was good. We had ribs and some pasta that were excellent! They have huge 2 for 1 40oz drinks- we got the Pina coladas which were good, they let us take one to go. All together a good experience!

Nice spot with a great view and vibe!! Live DJ adds to the overall energy. This place stayed busy while we were there. Service was moderately slow, but doable as there was plenty of people to watch walking by to kill time. Food was fresh. I had the peel-n-eat shrimp and blackened mahi-mahi sandwich. The shrimp weren't overcooked and I liked the taste of white wine in the broth. 😋The fish was a bit too spicy for me, but would be good for someone who appreciates a lil more spice than I do. I also felt the sandwich needed a sauce or slaw or chutney... something... to meld the sandwich together more. But still..not a bad sandwich. Fries got that extra extra crunch.... that was bomb! Spinach dip was awesome. Fettucine Alfredo was nice, wish the sauce was a little creamier. **oh yeah...I like that each waitress had their own individual style while having to wear all black. All looked amazing!!

So I finally decided to come here and talk about my experience at this restaurant. So we went to this restaurant on our 3rd night in Fort Lauderdale. The positives were: the inside of the restaurant had the retry cool exposed brick which made for a pretty cool dinning experience, there was a small dance floor near the entrance and one pretty cool thing is the restrooms have operators and there are multiple bottles of cologne available in the restroom. It was crazy because when I walked in I thought I was entering another place of business but I found out about how things worked and such. Our food wasn’t too bad ig. I got the steak with fries and it was mostly pretty good for the most part. Now the huge negative of this place was the slow wait times. We had to wait an hour for our food which was a bit frustrating. We were getting close to finding another place to eat because of the long wait on our food.
