Nice beach with lots of parking very close to the water. Depending on the tide you may have to walk across shallow pools and mud flats until you reach deeper water. For the kids playing in the tidal pools was a lot of fun.

Great beach with shallow water for kids to play in. Clean beach with a good amount of tables and restrooms. The crab museum is great beach area and park seems very safe area for families to play there is also some tennis courts. There was lots of birds only reason I give 4 stars is because of the water not being that clean it could be due to the tied.

Very safe vibe for watching the sunset over SF, lots of people walking running and taking in the view even a bit later in the evening. Decent amount of parking along the beach too

Great place for a Summer day out with family. Lots of space shallow water for kids to play. Plenty of space for sit out. You can do biking, self kayak etc.

No Dogs Allowed on the Beach. On exterior sidewalks and pedestrians lanes outside the beach they are okay.
No, dogs are not permitted on the beach, just in certain lawn areas with leash.
Yes there is on the street parking and several other parking lots near by in a shopping mall.
EBRPD says they're allowed everywhere else on a leash but not on the beach.
No
No. You must have a valid ca fishing license to fish any natural shoreline, including man made lakes. You don't need a fishing license to fish any man made pier. So I believe that includes man made breakwaters. Beaches aren't structures, even if the island is landfill, it's not a separate structure so it doesn't fall under man made.
Yea
No, it's free.
Unfortunately, no. There are some beaches in San Francisco that will let you.
If you are asking about the ones in the sand those are sand crabs.
Yes partly you can roll anywhere along the black pavement. But there is nothing that wheelchairs can go across to get to the actual water. You think by the restroom area where the most traffic is they should put a paved walkway down to the beach and section off a part for wheelchairs only they do it for a lot of other things why not that.
Dogs are not permitted off leash. Witnessed an arrest there for that. I wouldn't chance it if I were you.
Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach. Take them at your own risk. The walking path is next to the beach, where dogs are allowed on leash.
not in the main beach, but outside the beach where people can jog, walk and biking, other word by the sidewalk of it.
Or do you mean by boat from what dock to beach?
McDonald is far down the shoreline but plenty of street parking along the shoreline and a nice walk up and down!
Kids love to splash around, quite safe because water's only 3 feet deep even 100 ft offshore.
Not on the beach itself, yes in the park behind the beach. There's also a nice dog park next to the park, on 8th Street. But on the beach itself - no dogs allowed.
No that I know of but there's parking on the street I guess locals park there
