NJM is the insurance company for our home owners insurance for home owners insurance. After filling our first claim our experience was seamless and very professional. Njm responded quickly and handled our claim within a reasonable amount of time for us to get necessary repairs completed.

Always call to make it official and sometimes that's not enough
One thing I can say they are always helpfull.
I moved out to PA and was still able to retain their great services. There were some differences in coverage and my premiums came down further

Yes they do have a grace period! just dont wait to late.call to see if you can change your payment date..just beware that they can cancel your policy if you continue to make late payments..just watch out👁
You are covered under your policy as long as you have full coverage. Now if you have moved to Florida than you would need to call us.

Hi Danielle, we have implemented a rating plan that considers dog ownership and breed, along with many other factors, to rate primary homeowners policies. These changes will affect NJ Homeowners renewal policies with an effective date of September 1, 2017 and later. Your best best is to call and speak with a representative so that can look at what coverages you have and how those coverages would extend to a rental. It also depends where you are renting (within the USA vs outside the usa).
