This is definitely the worst gyro I’ve ever had. The pita was frozen cold - breaking apart. The tomatoes were warmer than the meat they put in and to top it off when you order coke they send a cup of fountain soda which was totally flat. A total waste of money and an absolutely horrid food experience. Never again.

The moment I walked in I knew something wasn’t right! It took 5 minutes for someone to come out. In those five minutes I observed the place did not look too clean and food was just out in the open. I still gave it a chance because I’ve been to other Gyroville’s with good service and food. Well, I should have followed my instinct to leave! I ordered the the classic gyro. She basically placed a large glop of everything in the pita bread. I left disregarding everything I witnessed in hopes that it would be delicious! Ugh, it was COLD. Everything was cold, except the pita bread. The feta was almost frozen! I returned to get a refund. She offered to reheat it. I refused. She gives me a refund, except for the tip (which I probably shouldn’t have given her to begin with)!!!!! At this point I was just laughing in disbelief!

So we are in town to catch a cruise ship, looking for a bite to eat and walk by this place. Looks interesting, so we try it. Oh my gosh, this is the most amazing food. Fresh, Great taste, Many great choices. The staff was friendly and very helpful. You have to try this place out. I wish there was one near me.

Friendly staff and great food with large portions. I've been getting the pita with tzatziki and all the fresh veggies, and today tried the spinach salad instead of the pita, also great. I'm a big eater so I always get double meat for only $2.50 extra - 100% worth it.
