After charging $2.50 for a glass of iced tea, they refused to give me a refill, saying they only gave refills on soda. When I asked if I could then have a soda, they said I would have to buy one. This was after we verified on purchase that we could get free refills.

Employees slow and not very professional. One woman was trying to keep back clean and moving but her two helpers were one notch above usless. One young kid was on his phone while we were waiting in line. When he finally took our order, he couldn't hear us well, then I noticed he had ear buds in his ear. The food was good McDonald quality and restaurant was somewhat clean though more than half the chairs were up on the tables at 7:35 at night.

Intercom employee was nice and professional. She was very patient in taking my order. The food was really good in our opinion. At the pickup window, the guy gave me one Buffalo sauce after asking for some. I asked for about 2 to 3 more. Still gave me one, but that's beyond that point I guess.

Don't have customer service at all. Want put regular price for daily special. The manager is good but employees at POS system play smart NO CUSTOMER CARE in items that the Company expect good sales for Marketing Work .They need to understand that marketing have goal to achieve.
