Worst bank ever! Do not come here. Would give a zero if possible. The employees do not want to work. I experienced this on several occasions.This goes for all employees, as well as the manager! I waited for an hour before I was told I would receive a call from the manager. The employee, Ari Rodriguez (a man) took copies of my bank card and ID for the manager to start helping me. However, I was never called. This is by far the worst bank ever.

I don’t trust this bank, I think they be selling people money. I I’m going to closed my chase account it’s been a horrible experience with this Bank all the chase bank ratings are 3 stars or below that’s very sad it says a lot about Chase bank employees I wonder what type of hiring training or training they have.I need to bring the Chick-fil-A hiring managers to the CHASE locations to retrain them on customer service.

Hello, 1st timer, I walked in this location around 10:30am to open an account, notice there were 6 people waiting to speak to account customer services and there was only 2 of them assisting customers. I waited for about 5 mins before I realized this was going to be a long wait so I left. not a good first Impression. They had no WOW factor no one greeted us, no sign in sheet and no coffee for those waiting. Come on! surely this is one simple basic area of support you can provide to better service us. It shows you don't care about our time when the fact is every minute is important to us especially with holidays right around the corner so can you get more account customer service agent to accommodate your customers. I went and open an account with another bank. So you lost a customer.... Not good. Sincerely, Care Bear,
