I work for urgent care city health and my coworkers and I live off caffeine, the staff is always nice and welcoming, I had the pleasure of meeting a great barista by the name of Noel and he made me one of the greatest drinks I've had from Starbucks so far its like a wonderful caramel cake sunshine tasting dessert iced coffee, he has great customer service and is very knowledgeable, he will be the reason I enter Starbucks regularly but overall all the staff strives to leave exceptional impressions for return guests and they win ❤ also no bathrooms open to the public during covid, this is a general rule everywhere and 100% acceptable and understandable

It’s Starbucks. I usually prefer independent local coffee places, but for those who like Starbucks it’s exactly what you’d expect. The staff are friendly despite difficult circumstances. This location is boarded up and they aren’t letting people inside, but taking orders by the entrance. They’re selling the full range of stuff. People are masked outside waiting. They have a little glass dish in which they take your phone to pay if you’re using an app. The location is convenient in downtown Oakland by a bunch of office buildings. The clientele seems to be a mix of city workers, construction workers, business people, and random people who live nearby. There’s bike parking around. They’re really not fast, so I’d recommend ordering ahead if you’re able.
