Would give ZERO stars if I could!!!! I saw BUGS on the counter. Little ROACHES!!! And GNATS flying all around the donuts!! I was lucky not to get bugs IN MY FOOD!!! This place needs to CLOSE!!!!

The young man at the counter on 6/28/2022 was so unprofessional. He’s not wearing a uniform, on the phone with an AirPod, his emotion seemed aggravated that I was even ordering even though there was only me in line. Claimed that the card machine didn’t work at the register and he need to take my card in the back. He genuinely made me feel uncomfortable and unvalued as a customer. I’m never returning to the store again

Cup O' Coffee

This is the sketchiest dunkin I've ever been to, there are always homeless people around the drive through. The menu is lit up at night maybe half the time. It says they close at 9 but I went at about 8 one night to have the drive through slightly blocked by an electric cart and the lady taking trash out rudely told me they were closed, you know, despite the time. Got a nice lady take my order only once.

Sad to say but I will not even give this location one star. I've gone on four occasions, one occasion their not taking debit card the second time they don't have iced coffee the third time they don't have iced coffee and the last time they asked me to repeat my order which was one coffee twice to three different people and still they couldn't figure it out. Like I said I guess it's the people working there that's going to take that business down slowly but surely sad to say. How are you a Dunkin' donuts and you don't have iced coffee if you're not taking debit cards and you don't have iced coffee them maybe you guys should close down. Or maybe hire people who are thankful for their jobs.
